Opera浏览器内置了一个VPN，测试效果：
1）安装：

在浏览器区域选中：Opera，然后点击“GET YOUR NINITE”
2) 打开OPERA浏览器，检查地址栏前端（左侧）是否有蓝色VPN标志：
3）如果没有，可以在地址栏右侧点击EASY SETUP菜单，需要中文的家人可以先在完整设置里面增加中文界面：
Fulling Setting/Browser/Preferred Languages/点击add languages: 找到“Chinese 中文”，选中，add
Easy setup卷动到Privacy & Security， VPN确认Enable in Settings
或者在settings/BASIC/vpn中，启用。会有红色字提醒，VPN会降低一些可以正常访问的网速，意思是，如果访问的是不需要VPN的资源，可以关闭VPN。
点击VPN图标可以获得状态机进行设置,这个是随机的VPN服务器接入,表示当前接入服务器在77.111开头的这个地址,这个时候测试网络速度:speedtest.net，这里经过VPN的速度是11M下载，212M上行。
切换到美洲的服务器以后速度明显变化，因为这个服务器地址离我这里更近：注意这里的PING延迟是59毫秒，这个指标是判断会议服务器是否优秀的指标，经过VPN以后PING明显很大，越小越好，表示传递返回的速度有几个毫秒。
这个是没有经过VPN的速度，PING的速度达到7MS。所以如果当前服务不需要VPN的时候需要关闭，只有查询的资源不能直接访问，比如访问谷歌邮箱出问题以后，可以启用VPN。
